The Senior Project
Fully sponsored program
Moving Forward with the Feldenkrais Method: Flexibility, Balance and Pain Relief for Seniors is a specially designed 12-session program featuring a selection of Feldenkrais exercises designed to meet the needs of the senior population. Safe and stress-free, Moving Forward with the Feldenkrais Method can help bring about significant improvements in the senior population’s balance, flexibility, confidence and comfort.
Sliding scale pricing
The Feldenkrais Foundation’s Low-Fee clinic offers individual Feldenkrais Functional Integration sessions at a reduced rate for those who are not able to afford the treatments otherwise.
A goal of the Feldenkrais Foundation is to initiate, support and facilitate the publication of evidence-based, peer-reviewed research on the Feldenkrais Method. Because the Feldenkrais Method is a general approach to human learning and functioning, it can be applied to improve or alleviate many human difficulties.
