Moving Forward with the Feldenkrais Method: Flexibility, Balance and Pain Relief for Seniors is a specially designed 12-session program featuring a selection of Feldenkrais exercises designed to meet the needs of the senior population. Safe and stress-free, Moving Forward with the Feldenkrais Method can help bring about significant improvements in the senior population’s balance, flexibility, confidence and comfort.
A goal of the Feldenkrais Foundation is to initiate, support and facilitate the publication of evidence-based, peer-reviewed research on the Feldenkrais Method. Because the Feldenkrais Method is a general approach to human learning and functioning, it can be applied to improve or alleviate many human difficulties.

Financial assistance for practitioners
The Mike Williams Scholarship fund provides continuing education scholarships for FGNA certified Feldenkrais Practitioners. The scholarships are given on the basis of financial need for FGNA approved Feldenkrais Method Advanced Trainings.
